01. Scope of this notice
This page describes the Access Cyber Solutions website and the information presented here. It is not an independent audit, a security assessment of a client environment, or a guarantee of compliance. Client engagements require their own agreed scope and supporting documentation.
02. Website safeguards
- Pages and locally hosted media are delivered over HTTPS.
- The consultation form prepares a draft in your browser. It does not send an inquiry to a website database or email service.
- You decide whether to open your email app, copy the draft, or send a message.
- This website has no customer accounts, password collection, checkout, payment-card entry, or file-upload feature.
- The site respects reduced-motion preferences for the background film and certification carousel, and provides manual playback controls.
Hosting and network providers also operate their own delivery and abuse-prevention systems. Provider safeguards do not establish a separate certification for Access Cyber Solutions.
03. Business certifications
The certification gallery reproduces the SBA HUBZone Certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Certified, and Veteran-Owned Certified badges displayed on the company’s existing website. These are business-program credentials, not certifications of a website’s cybersecurity controls.
For procurement decisions, request current certification documentation and confirm the applicable entity, status, and eligibility with the issuing authority. Badge images are not substitutes for certificates or current registry records.
04. Security frameworks & regulated work
This website does not assert that Access Cyber Solutions holds SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, PCI DSS, or CMMC certification, or that every service satisfies every regulatory requirement. Discussions of defense, healthcare, or commercial services do not by themselves establish compliance with a particular contract, regulation, or security framework.
Any required controls, audit evidence, data-processing terms, business associate agreements, or authorization to access systems must be addressed for the specific engagement before work begins.
05. Sensitive information & incident inquiries
Do not place passwords, payment details, health records, classified information, controlled unclassified information, or confidential incident evidence into the public contact form or an initial email. Ask the team to establish an appropriate channel first.
This website is not a monitored emergency-response portal. A consultation request does not activate incident-response coverage, continuous monitoring, or a response-time commitment.
06. Report a website security concern
Email cwall@accesscybersolutions.com with the affected page, a brief description, and safe steps to reproduce the issue. Avoid personal records or credentials. This contact invitation does not authorize penetration testing, access to others’ data, disruptive scanning, or service interruption.
