This policy covers the Access Cyber Solutions informational website at acs.streamwalkers.com (also available at access-cyber-design-review.streamwalkers.chatgpt.site). It explains the current site’s data flows, including the consultation draft tool. Separate client-service agreements and notices may apply to information handled during a professional engagement. This notice does not describe unrelated Streamwalkers services or every company system.

02. Information you choose to enter
The consultation tool asks for your name, work email, organization, phone, service interest, and message. Name, work email, and message are required to prepare a draft; the other details are optional.
Draft preparation happens in the page in your browser. This site’s code does not send these fields to a server or store them in cookies or browser local storage. Your browser may separately retain autofill or restored-page information according to your settings.
“Copy draft” places the text on your device clipboard. “Open email app” passes it to your configured email application. Access Cyber Solutions receives the inquiry only if you send it. Your email provider and the recipient’s email service then handle it under their own practices. Avoid including sensitive or confidential records.
03. Information used to deliver the website
Loading a page or media file necessarily sends a request to hosting and network providers. These requests can include an IP address, requested URL, time, browser information, and referrer information. Providers may process connection and security logs to deliver content, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
This version is hosted through Sites on chatgpt.site, with Cloudflare network delivery. The site also requests typography from Google Fonts; those requests transmit connection information to Google. Videos, certification badges, and other website images are served as site assets rather than embedded social-media players.
05. Uses & recipients
Information sent in an inquiry is provided so the team can understand and respond to your request and discuss relevant services. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a website mailing list; this site has no newsletter subscription feature.
Hosting, network, font, and email services receive the information needed for the interactions described above. No checkout, account database, live AI chat, or automated decision-making feature is implemented on this website. Generated visual assets do not send visitor prompts to an AI provider.
06. Retention & processing locations
The draft tool has no server-side inquiry records to retain or delete. Clipboard contents and browser or email drafts are controlled by your device and application settings. Sent correspondence and provider logs are separate records; their retention depends on the relevant business purpose, provider settings, contractual terms, and legal requirements.
Contact Access Cyber Solutions about retention or deletion of correspondence you have sent. This site does not promise a fixed deletion period for records held in separate email or hosting systems. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations under their applicable terms.
07. Your choices & privacy requests
You can browse without preparing an inquiry, omit optional fields, clear an unsent draft, or contact the company by phone. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restrictions on processing, and to appeal a decision or contact a regulator.

Applicable rights, verification requirements, exceptions, and response deadlines depend on the law that applies; do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been arranged.
08. Security, children & external links
HTTPS protects traffic in transit to this site, but no system is risk-free. Do not use the public inquiry tool for passwords, health records, classified material, payment information, or confidential incident evidence.
The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. If a child has sent personal information, contact the company to request appropriate action. External websites and email applications operate under their own privacy policies.
